  • As adage goes - "Change alone is constant"
  • Condition the people involved in change to accept the above fact
  • Do change only if it is needed
  • Educate people to accept change as an opportunity to revitalize themselves
  • Educate them how they will be after change, show them the long term benefits
  • Reward them for successful change
