Few pointers on 'change'

- As adage goes - "Change alone is constant"
- Condition the people involved in change to accept the above fact
- Do change only if it is needed
- Educate people to accept change as an opportunity to revitalize themselves
- Educate them how they will be after change, show them the long term benefits
- Reward them for successful change
